  1. Uploaded pictures must be in the JPG, PNG format, no larger than 5M;
  2. All documents must be clear and visible;
  3. No retouching is not allowed; you cannot change you ID information;
  4. You cannot upload a black-and-white photograph of your ID;
  5. Make sure your ID has not expired yet;
  6. Make sure you are the only one in the photograph and your face remains visible;
  7. Please make sure you write "CyberBank" and application date on the contract with legible handwriting.
